He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard W. Eby and Mildred R. Eby (Sluterbeck); his brothers, Morris Eby (Micki), Nevin Eby, Dave Eby (Judy) and Marc Eby; and his brother-in-law Cecil Alcorn.
He is survived by: his son Jonathan Eby (Karen); his grandchildren, Brenda Hole and Toddy Gibbs; his siblings, Keith Eby (Deloris), Curtis Eby (Barbara), Rosemary Collins (Larry) and Joann Alcorn; and his sister-in-law Terry Eby. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
