He is survived by: his daughters, Denise Ann Smith (David) of Sharonville, Nancy Marie Lowery (Mike) of Louisville and Barbara Ann Gray of Eaton, Ohio; his grandchildren, Phillip Lowery (Laura) of Elizabethtown, Adam Smith (Kristina), Mindy Jones (Nick) of Mt. Washington and Aaron Smith (Loren) of Watertown, Tennessee; his great grandchildren, Kassidy, Emma Smith, Gracelyn Jones, Jordan, Cooper Lowery and Theodore Smith; and his siblings, Floyd Gray of London, Dorothy Fields (Carl) of London and Lowell Gray of London. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
