She is survived by: her parents, William McCoy and Dorothy McCoy of New Palestine, IN; her husband Mark Samuels of Eaton; her sons, Michael Jaynes of West Carrollton, Matthew Jaynes (Miranda) of Miamisburg and Jonathan Jaynes (Ashley) of Ft. Stewart, GA; her stepson Steven Samuels of Richmond, IN; her grandchildren, Kristin Jaynes, Natilynn Jaynes, Violet Jaynes, Nathan King and Alexander King; her sisters, Kim McCoy, Karen Walden (Troy) and Deborah Dyrhaug (David); and her pet Sammy. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
