She is survived by: her husband Thomas Courtney of Eaton; her children, Bradley Courtney (Holly) of Springboro and Michelle Williams of Eaton; her stepdaughter Cheryl Courtney of Tempel, TX; her grandchildren, Sophie Williams, Sydney Williams, Jorden Courtney, Ella Courtney and Brynlee Courtney; her brother Dr. Wendall Bauman of San Antonio, TX; her nephew Wendall Bauman; and her niece Kendall Bauman.
