He is survived by: his parents, Richard M. Johnson, and Doris Jane Johnson, Jr. (Jacobs); his children, Lindsey Proctor (Jason), Johnna Smith (Tony) and Jake Johnson (Ciera); his brother Richard M. "Joe" Johnson, III (Debra); and his grandchildren, Maddie Baker and Gavin Kisling.
