In the quiet moments of reflection, amidst the gentle rustle of leaves and the whispered song of the stars, we shall carry John's memory with us, a guiding light illuminating the path ahead. May John's journey be filled with peace and serenity, as his find rest in the embrace of eternity.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert D. Rettich and Louise Fannie Rettich (Witham); his brother David Rettich; and his grandson Christopher Schenck. He is survived by: his sons, Mike Rettich (Heather) of New Lebanon, Ricky Howe of Independence, KY and Johnny Rettich (Johana) of Troy; his granddaughter Abbigail Rettich of New Lebanon; his great grandchildren, Audrey May Cartwright of New Lebanon, Addiley Schenck of New Lebanon and Izzy Rettich of Troy; and his sister Fran Napier (Lonnie) of Texas. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Mound Hill Cemetery (130 Camden Rd, Eaton, OH 45320).
