He was predeceased by: his father Russell E. Maddock; his grandparents, Robert, Kathleen Maddock, Perry and Ethel Sayers; and his stepgrandmother Mae E. Sayers.
He is survived by: his mother Eunice Irene Maddock (Sayers) of Oxford, Ohio; and his siblings, Cheryl Campbell (Mike) of Eaton, Ohio, Steve Maddock (Kay) of Bath, Rick Maddock (Shannon) of College Corner, Barry Maddock (Kathy) of Eaton and Chris Maddock (Lisa) of Liberty, Indiana. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
