He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Fulton and Ethel Fulton (Bruce); his wife Rosalinda "Lindy" Fulton; and his son Charles Vernon Fulton. He is survived by: his children, Floyd Fulton, Jr. (Sherry), Carla Delawder (Ray) and Marvin Fulton (Lisa); his grandchildren, April, Justin, Mathew, Amber, Tiffany, Brandon and Briana; his great grandchildren, Kyden, Ryley, Kyndall, Harper and Finley; and also Jerry.
