She was predeceased by: her parents, D. F. Wade and Eula Wade (Johnson); her granddaughter Nycole Gandara; and her siblings, Jack O. Wade and Helen Pilcher.
She is survived by: her children, Cynde, Joel Guthrie of Eaton, OH., Philip and Tina Mann of Boncarbo, Colorado; and her sisters, Janie Polk of Texas and Patsy Ferguson of Texas. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren.
