She was predeceased by: her parents, Mozella Cripps and Wilson Cripps; her siblings, Ronald and Margie; and her pet Sparky.
She is survived by: her husband Joseph Slemker (Chip); her sons, Adam and Josh Slemker (Megan); her grandchildren, Rhett and Kane; her sister Bonnie (Melvin); and her pet Luke.
Memorial donations in honor of Donna may be made to Preble County Humane Society or Alzheimer's Association.
