She was predeceased by: her husband Edward "Ted" Cook; and her siblings, Darlene Swindler and Daniel Moore. She is survived by: her daughter Sabrina Frech (Kevin); her grandchildren, Lee Frech (Ashley), Serena Frech (Michael Hampton), Dereck Frech (Samantha) and Travis Frech (Kaylee); her great grandchildren, Emma, Jackson Hampton and Aleigha Frech; and her siblings, Joe Moore, Paul Moore, Tammy Stewart (Todd) and Rebekah Moore. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
