He was predeceased by: his parent Eugene Underwood; and his brother Kevon Underwood. He is survived by: his parent Doris Underwood (Sparks); his sons, David Underwood II (Michelle) and Jason Underwood (Rachel); his grandsons, Michael Smith and Tate Underwood; and his siblings, Paul Underwood, Christopher Underwood, Philip Underwood, Tanya Tressler, Ronda Dalton (Michael), Andrea Benning and Gina Evans (Chris). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be hosted by the family on Saturday, October 13, 2018, from 1:00-4:00 pm at Church of God in Jesus, Middletown, OH. favorite_border Donations Pledges.
