He was predeceased by: his parents, Bobby Smith and Irene Gamble Smith. He is survived by: his significant other Mark Boggess of McEwen, TN.; his siblings, James Robert Smith of Eaton, OH, Randal Allen Smith of West Alexandria, OH, Dale Matthew Smith (Tammy) of Gratis, OH, Stephen Eugene Smith of Gratis, OH. and Donna Katherine George of Eaton, OH; and his pet Wheezy. He is also survived by Several Nieces, Nephews, Great Nieces, and Great Nephews.
