He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Strickland and Marvel Strickland (Morris); and his son Richard Strickland. He is survived by: his wife Barbara (Hearn); his daughter Jamie Lynn Strickland; his grandchildren, Brittany, Nicholas and Danielle; his great grandchildren, Mitchell and Aiden; and his brother Keith Strickland (Gayle).
