It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nancy Marie Palinkas (Eastlake, Ohio), born in Cleveland, Ohio, who passed away on July 3, 2024, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As we bid adieu to Nancy Marie's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Nancy Marie has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Vesel and Mary "Mitzie" Vesel; and her husband Stephen J. Palinkas. She is survived by: her children, Denisa Palinkas and Steve Palinkas (Brenda); her grandchildren, Ian and Ella Palinkas; her brother Stanley M. Vesel; and her cousins, Sandy and Bob Gecsi.

“I met Nancy only once at the Homestead in Hartville, Ohio, where my mother is in care. I, myself, my daughter and my 2 year old granddaughter drove from Louisville, KY, where we live to visit my mother. Nancy greeted us in the memory care unit with being so friendly and full of conversation!! We loved talking to her as my mom does not speak much at this time. She was so sweet to my granddaughter and gave her a stuffed animal and cookies!!! Prayers to her family at this time.”
