He was predeceased by: his parents, John Slattman and Josephine Slattman; and his brothers, William Slattman and Albert "Butch" Slattman. He is survived by: his children, Shane Slattman, Dawn Eisenberg, John Slattman (Chrystal) and Nicole Fediuk (Patrick); his grandchildren, Adrian Slattman, Hannah Eisenberg, Kylie Eisenberg, Alexandria Eisenberg, Chloe Eisenberg and John Fediuk; and his siblings, Carol Hoffman (Norm), Donna Nageotte (Daniel) and Larry Slattman (Debra).
