He is survived by: his wife Melody Burk; his children, Joseph Burk (Nelly), Kealy Burk and Kelly Burk (Chad); his grandchildren, Justin, Charlie, Logan, Mike and Savannah; and his sisters, Peg Rhome (Arnie) and Barbara Uhring. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
