She was predeceased by: her parents, John (Joanne Drassler) and Willowick; her husband Jack Cummings; and her sisters, Joan Brajdic and Dee Tanko.
She is survived by: her sons, Dwayne Cummings, Dale Cummings and Craig Cummings (Jodee); her grandchildren, Tom Addair (Jen) and Mase Maku; her great grandchild Ellie Addair; and her sister Mary Jane Puntar.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Monreal Srnick Funerals & Cremations (35400 Curtis Blvd, Eastlake, OH 44095). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
