It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roy Arbogast Sr. (East Springfield, Ohio), born in Elkins, West Virginia, who passed away on December 28, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John L. Arbogast and Juanita Arbogast (Hammond). He is survived by: his wife Betty Eileen Arbogast (Taylor) of East Springfield, OH; and his children, Roy D. Arbogast, Jr. (Angela) of Richmond, OH, Virginia "Gennie" Arbogast (Joe Scardina) of Wintersville, OH and Sheila Money (Joel) of South Bloomfield, OH. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and one great grandson.
