He was predeceased by: his son Curtis Stone; his grandson Johnathan Mills; his grandmother Helen V. Wallace; and his brother Tim "Peachtree" Gotschall. He is survived by: his parents, Ronald F. Stone and Linda Wallace Stone; his children, Maverick Keyser, Rani Stone and Taylor Hennis (Cody); his grandchildren, Raelynn Mills and Eleannah Mills; his siblings, Scott Stone (Cheryl), Amanda Flint (Robert) and Amy Stone Bennett; and his nieces and nephews, Ryan Burger, Liam Bennett, Grayson Stone, Lexie Burger, Olivia Bennett and Evelyn Stone.
