He was predeceased by: his parents, John Sebastian Soehnlen and Mary Katherine Soehnlen (Welty); and his siblings, John "Fritz" Soehnlen and Jean Divley. He is survived by: his wife Penny Soehnlen (Herstine); and his children, Mary Soehnlen and Michael Soehnlen. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; two sister-in-law's and a brother-in-law.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Kreighbaum-Sanders Funeral Home (4041 Cleveland Ave SW, Canton, OH 44707). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Calendar Kreighbaum-Sanders Funeral Home (4041 Cleveland Ave SW, Canton, OH 44707). A burial was held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM.
