He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Tack and Geneva Tack (Roberts). He is survived by: his wife Brenda Tack (Funk); his children, Jon Tack (Melissa), Jeremy Tack, Jenny Milhoan (Mathew) and Mauna Maddock (Gerry); and his siblings, Greg Tack and Aleta Johnston. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
