He is survived by: his children, Christie Mollohan (Holly), Jennifer Lane and Michael Mollohan II (Amanda); his grandchild Cadence Oliver; his great grandchildren, Amoura and Zanden; his close friend Amanda Meola; and his siblings, Ronnie (Alice), Bruce (Lisa), Scott Mollohan (Arlene), Kelly Gabel and Tricia Reece.
