He was predeceased by: his parents, Gust C. Malavite and Audrey A. Malavite (Tharpe); and his son Max. He is survived by: his daughter Missy Coberly (Todd); his grandchildren, Julia, Michael, Jacob, Ryder, Kiana and Max; his great grandchild Callie; his brothers, Gust Malavite (Patsy) and Kevin Malavite (Debbie); and his close friends, Romaine Staats and Sharon Perrine. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
