She is survived by: her mother Nada Farina (McGowen); her sons, Daniel Smith, James Smith (Stacie) and Brian Smith; her grandchildren, Nathan and Natalie Smith; and her siblings, Michael (Nancy), Mark (Anne), Vince, Matthew Farina (Heather) and Bonnie Ingels (Bill).
