He is survived by: his mother Ruth E. McCaulley (Paul); his wife Donna; his children, Chalynne Moore (Dillon) and Treg McCaulley (Miranda); his grandchildren, Hailey, Wiatt, Camryn, Addison, Makenna, Hadley and Genevieve; his mother-in-law Anne; and his siblings, Barbara, Sherry, Gregory and Jim.
