He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Mayhew and Eva Mayhew (Murray); and his wife Pansy Mayhew. He is survived by: his daughter Sheila; his son-in-law Mark Miskimens; his sons, Harry Jr. (Patty Mayhew) and Gerald (Robin Mayhew); his close friend Shirley Ailing; his siblings, James Mayhew and Virginia; and his brother-in-law Shepherd. He is also survived by three grandchildren; six great grandchildren.
