He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Faulk and Madeline Faulk (Dayton); and his sister Doreen Clymire. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Faulk (Rock); and his siblings-in-law, Judy, Rocky Graziano, Dave and Jeanine Rock. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
