He is survived by: his parents, Jimmy Lee and Karen Sisco (Arch) of Bolivar, TN.; his wife Heidi Sisco (Plumley); his daughter Rachel Mercer (Phillip) of East Rochester; and his grandchildren, McKenna Hardy, Ryan Armstrong and Elisa Mercer. He is also survived by children, grandchildren, and a host of aunts, uncles, and cousins.
