She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Sheckler and Jessie Sheckler (Ward); her husbands, Verne Bowman and Ira Baker; her son Edward Baker; and her siblings, Helen Pitts and Ward Sheckler.
She is survived by: her children, Mary Ann Brown (James) of Mechanicstown, Linda Bennington of Carrollton, Brad Bowman (Regena) of East Rochester, Bob Bowman (Crystal) of Mechanicstown, John Baker (Evelyn) of Carrollton and Richard Baker (Darcy) of Carrollton; and her friend Barb Edwards of Minerva. She is also survived by 21 grandchildren, many great grandchildren.
