It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Francis of East Rochester, Ohio, who passed away on August 22, 2021, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Charles Francis to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Virginia Francis (Price) and Stanley Francis. He is survived by: his wife Teresa Francis; his son Michael Francis; his stepdaughters, Tamara Gaul and Dawn Westover; and his grandson Donald Bennett. He is also survived by twelve step-grandchildren, and six step-great-grandchildren.
