It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Tuscano (East Palestine, Ohio), born in New Castle, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 22, 2018, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parent Nicholas J.; and his brother Nicholas H. Tuscano. He is survived by: his parent Helen Ross Tuscano; and his wife Mary Jo Kerr.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to Angels for Animals, 4750 W. South Range Rd., Canfield, OH 44406.
