It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Viola Noel of East Palestine, Ohio, born in Youngstown, Ohio, who passed away on September 15, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, J. Charles Norman and Margaret Mason Norman; her siblings, Charles Norman, Jr. and Margaret Gates; and her brother-in-law Richard Gates.
She is survived by: her husband Raymond Noel; her children, R. Douglas Noel (Karen) of Arnold, PA and Marcie Green (Robert) of Salem; her sister Daralee Graham (Wayne) of East Palestine; her sister-in-law Beverly Norman of Columbiana; her grandchildren, Chelsea Barrett (Ryan), Davina Sedlacko (Brian Felger) and Joshua Noel (Karissa Burrous); her great grandchildren, Elijah, Zachery, Tessa, Laci and Theodore; and also, Andrew, Aricka, Alexis, Hope, Mara, Ethan, Jared, Brandon and Nick. She is also survived by her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
