He was predeceased by: his father Glenn C. Cusick. He is survived by: his mother Donna M. Watson Cusick of East Palestine; his children, Devon Lynn, Dawn Cusick and Tim Cusick, Jr.; his sister Krisann Jacobsen; his granddaughters, Daphne Ellis, Danika, Davina Noel, Skyla Felger and Olivia Cusick; his great grandchild Avery Marshall; and his nephew Ryan Bycroft. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
