He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Mollenkopf and Myrtle Anna Crabb Mollenkopf; his wife Mary Elizabeth Oliver Mollenkopf; and his nephew Linert. He is survived by: his sons, David Mollenkopf (Jennifer) and Douglas Mollenkopf (Gwenna) of East Palestine; his sister Sherry Linert of East Palestine; and his grandchildren, Victoria Mollenkopf of Columbus, Abigail Mollenkopf of East Palestine and Cody Mollenkopf of East Palestine.
