He was predeceased by: his parent Samuel McGinnis, Sr.; his grandson Daniel Flowers; and his great grandchild Cody James Flowers. He is survived by: his parent Catheryn Winkle McGinnis; his wife Billy Lou McGinnis; his children, Dale McGinnis of East Palestine and Tammy McGinnis of Columbiana; his stepchildren, Eric Haus, Joe Haus and Sandra Minnis of Lancaster, PA; and his sister Dolly Hoffman of Minerva. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren.
