He is survived by: his children, Robert Powell of East Palestine, Tim Powell (Cheryl) of East Palestine, Eric Powell (Ann) of New Waterford, Lisa McLaughlin of East Palestine and Vicki Cope (Brian) of Columbiana. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
