It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert L. Noel of East Palestine, Ohio, born in Columbiana, Ohio, who passed away on December 1, 2022, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Noel and Ruby Arthur Noel; his son Robert Noel, Jr.; and his siblings, Raymond, James Noel and Helen Cresanto.
He is survived by: his wife Holly Sheerer Noel; his children, Eric Noel (Sara Muff) of Columbus, David Noel (Geri) of East Palestine, Carrie Mattocks of Enon Valley, PA and Marnie Noel of East Palestine; and his siblings, Patricia Stamp of Columbiana, Jane Moreira of Columbiana and Duke Guy of Arizona. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
