He was predeceased by: his parents, William Henry and Freda Woods Foreman; and his brothers, William, Jerry and John "Jack" Foreman.
He is survived by: his wife Norma Miller Foreman; his children, Deborah Morris (Tom) of East Palestine, Susan Hawkins (Forrest) of Lisbon, David Foreman (Kelly) of Eighty Four, PA and Daniel Foreman (Ling) of Baneberry, TN; his grandchildren, Alison Morris (Chad Doran), Kristen Medure (Jack), Samantha Foreman, Jonathan Oliver (Margaret) and Jennifer Dobbins (T. J.); and his great grandchildren, Aanna Athey, Stephen Varkony, Orion, Vivienne, Otto Oliver, Atlee Medure and Olivia Dobbins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in Bob's name to the First United Presbyterian Church Memorial Fund.
