He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert C. Macek and Catherine M. Ancil Macek; and his siblings, Jodie Jones and Albert W. Macek. He is survived by: his wife Mary Lynne Kintz; and his children, Page Macek of East Palestine, Mark Macek of East Palestine, Debbie Fegert (Bill) of East Palestine, Joel Mascher of Fredericksburg, VA, Michelle Mascher of East Palestine, Gregory Mascher (Traci) of Petersburg and Michael Mascher (Joy) of East Palestine. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
