He is survived by: his wife Janet Townsend; his daughter Heather Fletcher (Michael) of East Palestine; his son-in-law Todd Guy; his grandchildren, Cassidy Fletcher, Michael Fletcher and Tanner Guy; and his siblings, Jean Noel of Columbiana, Michael Hoon (Kay), Russell Hoon (Debbie) and Jerry Hoon (Lorrie).
