He is survived by: his wife Nancy A. Bowles Warner; his daughters, Tammy Massey (Deborah Stivason) of New Castle, PA and Bonnie "Pang" Henderson (Mike) of East Palestine; and his grandchildren, Tammy Lynn, Dennis B., Christopher R. and Katie. He is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
