She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Ora Morgan Beiling and Manuel Beiling of East Palestine, Ohio.; her husband Robert L. Mercer; her brother Willis of Columbus, Georgia.; her sons, Robert L. Mercer, Jr. (Sheila) of Salem, Richard A. Mercer (Robin) of East Palestine and Michael O. Mercer (Michelle) of Austintown; her sister Joyce E. Bowker (Thomas); and her close friends, Emma and Sandy. She was also cherished by nine grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
