She was predeceased by: her parents, John Guy and Mamie Heaton Guy; her husband Willard L. Dailey; and her siblings, Sue Bevington, Betty Kibler, Viola Frederick, Thomas, Ray, Herman, Perry and John Guy.
She is survived by: her daughter Kathleen "Kathy" Dailey of Columbiana; and her sister Leetha Guy of Columbiana. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; and great nieces and great nephews.
