She was predeceased by: her parents, Nicholas Steiner and Philomena White Steiner; her husband Roy "Pete" Foley, Jr.; and her grandchildren, Brian Patrone and Valerie Boston.
She is survived by: her children, Thomas Foley (Eileen) of East Palestine, Roy W. "Petie" Foley of Calcutta, Debbie Lewis (William) of East Palestine and Karen Davis (Dave) of Ashtabula, OH. She is also survived by six grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren, eight great-great grandchildren a brother as well as several nieces and nephews.
