It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Bica of East Palestine, Ohio, who passed away on December 6, 2021, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Mansfield and Alta Houck Mansfield; and her husband Eugene "Gene" Bica. She is survived by: her children, Sue Birk (Bernie) of Maricopa, AZ, Katy Beebe (John), Judy Tauchar of Tucson, AZ and Tom Bica (Vickie) of East Palestine. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
