We are sad to announce that on November 22, 2024, Martha Jane Powers of East Palestine, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the vast expanse of eternity, Martha shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Martha farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.

She was predeceased by: her husband Paul Powers; and her granddaughter Jenifer Powers Fruit. She is survived by: her sons, David Powers (Denise), Tim Powers, Tom Powers and Mark Powers (Cynthia). She is also survived by nine grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Monday, November 25th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Van Dyke-Swaney-Rettig Funeral Home (60 W Martin St, East Palestine, OH 44413). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 25th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
