She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry White and Eva Davis White; her former husbands, James Evans and Robert Johnston; her husband Charles Potyonek; and her daughter Bonnie Stanyard.
She is survived by: her children, James Evans (Sue) of New Waterford and Rebecca Weikart (Bob) of Boardman; her son-in-law Robert Stanyard; and her grandchildren, Patrick Chaplow, Andrew Chaplow, Matthew Stanyard and Sara Stanyard. She is also survived by eight great grandchildren, three great- great grandchildren; two stepdaughters and numerous step grandchildren and great grandchildren as well as extended family.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Linsley-Royal Funeral Home East Palestine (644 E Main St, East Palestine, OH 44413). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the First Church of Christ East Palestine (20 W Martin St, East Palestine, OH 44413).
Memorial contributions can be made in lieu of flowers in Kathryn's name to the First Church of Christ in East Palestine.
