She is survived by: her children, John Bender (Crystal Lake) of Front Royal, VA, Julie Limpach (Matt) of Elyria, OH and Michael Bender (Kristin Falkner) of East Palestine, OH; her grandson Evan Bender of Winchester, VA; her children, Olivia Bender of East Palestine, OH and Matthew Limpach of Elyria, OH; her great grandchild London Bender of Winchester, VA.; her sister-in-law Barbara Heimann of Texas; her brother Michael Simoff (Bobbie McGowan) of New Castle, PA; and her sister-in-law Ellen Simoff of Harmony, PA. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made in Joyce's name to the East Palestine Memorial Public Library.
