He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Ratkovich and Carol Britton Ratkovich. He is survived by: his siblings, Joe Ratkovich of Negley and Vicki Failor Harvey of North Lima; and his significant other Marilyn Koopmans. He is also survived by several extended family members and friends.
